Fitness is not an endpoint.
Most people begin with a specific goal.
Lose weight. Get stronger. Feel better.
And that goal is important—it gets you started.
But here’s what no one tells you:
Once you hit that goal, it changes.
The “finish line” keeps moving. You never really arrive.
That’s why the people who succeed long-term don’t see fitness as something they complete.
They see it as a way of living.
If you truly want to become a healthier, fitter version of yourself, you have to take on that identity.
You become:
– the person who moves their body most days
– the person who plans their workouts
– the person who fuels themselves better
– the person who goes to bed on time
– the person who drinks water and takes care of their body
I’ve watched this identity shift happen in so many clients – and it’s incredible.
They don’t just look different.
They are different.
So if you’re thinking about making a change, here’s what I’ll tell you:
1. It’s worth it.
2. Goals alone aren’t enough. You have to be willing to become a new version of yourself.
And that version?
That version of you is pretty fucking RAD🤘🏼
