A typical session looks like this:

  • Practice and learn the exercises
  • Complete the workout
  • Cool down and stretch

Our coaches handle the planning and instruction so our clients can focus on showing up, putting in the work, and enjoying their hour.

For many people, that hour becomes the part of their day where they recharge and refill their cup.

We Provide Options

Not everyone needs the same type of support, so we provide different ways to help.

Group coaching is a great place to start, but if someone wants more individual attention or has a specific goal they want to reach faster, we can provide that too.

Some clients also want help with nutrition, which we know can feel confusing and overwhelming.

That’s why we offer nutrition coaching for those who want extra guidance on what to eat, how much to eat, and how to build better habits.
